Free Shipping

We are proud to offer free FedEx shipping within the United States.

We do not ship to customers outside of the United States

All packages will be shipped FedEx Standard Overnight unless otherwise noted. If you need your jewelry to arrive sooner, please call the office. We can then arrange for a shipping upgrade. Satuday delivery is also available for an extra 25.00. Upon receipt of your package a signature is required.

Shipping to a different address

If you will not be home to receive your package Spiegel and Son can ship your package to an alternate destination. As a security measure to protect our clients against fraud, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this other address on file. To speed up your order, please call your issuing bank and give them your other shipping address.

Return Policy

At Spiegel and Son we stand behind our product 100%. If you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All sales are final on any custom made or special order items. No return or exchange can be offered on these type of items.

Please be sure to include all gem reports and appraisals sent to you with your jewelry. All jewelry returned must be in the same condition as when it left our office. Any jewelry that shows signs of wear or damage cannot be returned. Call us at 866 372 2440 to request a return authorization code. Clearly print the code on the outside of the package. We cannot accept any packages without a return authorization code. Do not send the package FedEx, send it via U.S. Postal Service, Registered Insured Return Receipt Requested. Do not mark on the package any words such as jewelry, diamond or other words that would encourage theft. Return Items to:
