Community is a good thing. Most people desire to be part of one. Whether it is a church or synagogue, a club comprised of people with a common interest, or alumni from the same college, most people enjoy being a part of something bigger than themselves. It is human nature to want to be associated with others who share the same goals, aspirations, and likes as you. A community is comforting, it means you don’t have to go through tough times on your own, you have help and support.

I have always considered Spiegel and Son to be more than a place where one goes to buy jewelry. Today there are an endless number of places selling jewelry. Mall stores, websites, home shopping networks, and big box retailers like Wal Mart to name just a few. My goal is to make your jewelry shopping experience different and superior to these other alternatives. When you come to Spiegel and Son you are treated like a friend, not a dollar sign. I am always happy to take the extra time and effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience here. I will always answer as many questions as you have and do whatever is necessary to go the extra mile to please you.

The vast majority of my clients have been referred to me by existing clients, so in a round about way we all know each other and are part of a community. I will be adding new programs and features to make Spiegel and Son more that just a jewelry store but a community. I hope to have a few happy hour events within the next year, where people can reconnect with us in an informal setting. I plan on starting a forum where Spiegel and Son clients who have recently gotten married can recommend vendors from their wedding who did an outstanding job. Please participate in our community by liking Spiegel and Son Jewelers on Facebook and following us on Twitter. I look forward to all of your questions, comments and requests.
